释义	法律分析：民事裁定书送达才生效。只要是法院作出的裁定，裁定书必须向双方当事人送达。民事一审判决书，在没有人上诉的情况下，民事裁定书送达签收之日起十五天后生效，二审以及再审判决书，在送达签收之日就生效。只要是法院作出的裁定，裁定书必须向双方当事人送达，不送达就是违法的，案件就没有审理结束。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十四条送达诉讼文书必须有送达回证，由受送达人在送达回证上记明收到日期，签名或者盖章。受送达人在送达回证上的签收日期为送达日期。
