1、申请营业执照需要的材料如下：
（1）公司法定代表人签署的《公司设立登记申请书》；
（2）全体股东签署的公司章程；
（3）法人股东资格证明或者自然人股东身份证及其复印件；
（4）董事、监事和经理的任职文件及身份证复印件；
（5）指定代表或委托代理人证明；
（6）代理人身份证及其复印件；
（7）住所使用证明。

【营业执照】依法设立的公司，由公司登记机关发给公司营业执照。公司营业执照签发日期为公司成立日期。
公司营业执照应当载明公司的名称、住所、注册资本、经营范围、法定代表人姓名等事项。
公司营业执照记载的事项发生变更的，公司应当依法办理变更登记，由公司登记机关换发营业执照。
二、个体工商户注销登记需要什么资料
