释义	法律分析: 受过行政处罚、犯罪坐牢的人会留有记录事情经过的档案材料，所以会有案底。但是证人不是行政处罚和刑事审判处罚的对象，不会留下案底。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零五条在刑事诉讼中，证人、鉴定人、记录人、翻译人对与案件有重要关系的情节，故意作虚假证明、鉴定、记录、翻译，意图陷害他人或者隐匿罪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
