释义	法律分析: 赠予遗嘱即遗赠，属于是立遗嘱人将个人财产赠与法定继承人之外的人所立的遗嘱，按照法律规定，受赠人应当在继承开始后两个月内做出是否接受遗赠的意思表示，因此，可以看做遗赠有效期为继承开始后的两个月。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示；没有表示的，视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内，作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示；到期没有表示的，视为放弃受遗赠。
