释义	法律分析：身份证复印件易被窃取利用（公司入职时需添加签注：在身份证复印件写明仅提供某某公司入职存档使用，他用无效等关键信息，并在签注后面划横线防止他人添加其他内容）。法律依据：《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》第十七条有下列行为之一的，由公安机关处二百元以上一千元以下罚款，或者处十日以下拘留，有违法所得的，没收违法所得：（一）冒用他人居民身份证或者使用骗领的居民身份证的；（二）购买、出售、使用伪造、变造的居民身份证的。伪造、变造的居民身份证和骗领的居民身份证，由公安机关予以收缴。
