释义	近亲不可以结婚。法律明确规定，直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲之间禁止结婚。由于双方有太多相似的遗传因子，后代无法从他们那里产生变异，有害基因将之传递给子孙。因此法律禁止近亲结婚，近亲结婚属于无效婚姻。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
