释义	法律分析：效力待定是指已成立的合同因欠缺一定的生效要件，其生效与否尚未确定，须经过补正方可生效，在一定的期限内不予补正则视为无效的合同。效力待定合同效力的确定，取决于享有追认权的第三人在一定期限内的追认。效力待定合同经追认权人同意后，其效力确定地溯及于行为成立之时。效力待定合同经追认权人拒绝后，自始无效。法律依据：《民法典》第五百零三条，无权代理人以被代理人的名义订立合同，被代理人已经开始履行合同义务或者接受相对人履行的，视为对合同的追认。
