释义	法律分析：药品属于特殊商品，不可以转卖。药品销售要有正当的进货渠道。药品要符合保存条件。必须具有可追溯性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国药品管理法》第八十一条伪造、变造、买卖、出租、出借许可证或者药品批准证明文件的，没收违法所得，并处违法所得一倍以上三倍以下的罚款；没有违法所得的，处二万元以上十万元以下的罚款；情节严重的，并吊销卖方、出租方、出借方的《药品生产许可证》、《药品经营许可证》、《医疗机构制剂许可证》或者撤销药品批准证明文件；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
