反驳录音证据的方法

法律主观：

反驳录音证据，可以从对方录音的真实性、关联性、合法性与证明力大小进行辩驳。由对方当事人进行质证。《最高法院关于行政诉讼证据若干问题的规定》规定，质证时，当事人应当围绕证据的真实性、关联性、合法性，针对证据证明力有无以及证明力大小，进行质疑、说明与辩驳。

《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第六十八条以侵害他人合法权益或者违反法律禁止性规定的方法取得的证据，不能作为认定案件事实的依据。
