教师怎么请长假 |

法律分析：1、事假学校实行五天工作制，并给予教师每周一晌自由支配时间，教师应尽量把个人事情安排在工作时间之外，确因具体事情调整不开的，可请事假。
2、病假一般性疾病不予准假，确因身体不适需住院或在家治疗的，凭区级及以上医院证明可请病假。
3、婚假教师初婚的凭婚姻登记证明可请婚假，期限不超过一周；再婚的凭相关证明请假，期限不超过两天。
4、产假教师计划内生育的可请产假，期限按上级文件执行；计划外生育的原则上不予准假。
5、引流产及绝育手术假教师引流产或做绝育手术的可请此假，期限最多不超过一周。
6、陪护假教师直系亲属因病住院的可请陪护假，请假期限视具体情况而定。
7、丧假教师直系亲属因病或其他原因故去的，可请丧假，请假期限为三天。周年时准假一天，三年时准假两天。
8、房屋修建假教师因居住需要而修建房屋的可请此假，期限不超过一周。
9、其他假除以上原因，教师需要请假的（如自学考试、职称晋升等），可根据具体情况给予适当假期。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第二十五条 劳动者在医疗期、孕期、产期和哺乳期内，劳动，劳动合同期限届满时，用人单位不得终止劳动合同。劳动合同的期限应自动延续至医疗期、孕期、产期和哺乳期期满为止。
