释义	法律分析：符合法律规定的就是有用的。我国法律承认口头遗嘱，但是有严格的条件要求，必须是在危机情况下，有两个以上见证人在场，立口头遗嘱才是有效的，并且无法脱离危险或者脱离危险之后无法订立书面遗嘱，否则属于无效遗嘱。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十八条遗嘱人在危急情况下，可以立口头遗嘱。口头遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。危急情况消除后，遗嘱人能够以书面或者录音录像形式立遗嘱的，所立的口头遗嘱无效。
