没有提前三天提出离职会怎样

试用期辞职需要提前3天，没有提前的3天算旷工，旷工3天算自动离职。但是工资公司会扣除一部分。
法律依据；
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十七条 劳动者提前30天提出的书面离职，不需要用人单位批准就可以离职。其中，试用期提前3天书面提出；用人单位有义务结清工资办理离职手续。
