掮客违法吗
释义
法律分析：掮客，就是，为买主与卖主之间签订买卖(如房地产、货物或证券)契约(合同)收取手续费或佣金的人。
生活中处处都有着掮客的身影：听起来高大上的有金融掮客、政治掮客等等。他们靠掌握的信息资源和提供的服务赚钱，一般情况下无需付出实际成本。但如果掮客介绍的买卖涉及违法犯罪，同样也将承担相应的法律责任。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第十条 处理民事纠纷，应当依照法律；法律没有规定的，可以适用习惯，但是不得违背公序良俗。
