法律分析：股份持有人去世，自然人可以由其继承人继承其股份，如果公司章程有规定，按照规定办理，如果没有规定，继承人经其他股东同意，可以转让及股份，签订协议，记载在股东名册中，并到工商部门办理变更手续。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》 第七十六条 自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格；但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
