14岁适合什么假期工
释义
14岁还是童工，是不能打工的。因为法律有明文规定，任何组织或者个人不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人。非法招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，或者招用已满十六周岁的未成年人从事过重、有毒、有害等危害未成年人身心健康的劳动或者危险作业的，由劳动保障部门责令改正，处以罚款;情节严重的，由工商行政管理部门吊销营业执照。
