可以变更回来。只有公司董事，执行董事和经理才能担任公司法定代表人，若没任职是不能当法定代表人的，并且变更也需要股东会的决议。有决议后准备相关材料去办理变更登记即可。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第十三条 公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
