释义	法律分析：签了合同可以不去的，和用人单位在法律上的用工关系还未开始。因为存在一个试用期，如果是在试用期中途想辞职的话，可以无理由辞职。没有去上班也没有请假，公司会视为单方面解除劳动合同。但是考虑到用人单位签署了相关合同，还是提前三天通知用人单位，如果没有提前通知导致的损失可能会主张赔偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
