一个月23天工作日怎样算工资

法律分析:工资计算,法定月计薪天数为21.75天,用22天计算,不合法。劳动者如果出勤23天,当月工资=月薪÷21.75×23。21.75天只是在计算日工资标准、小时工资标准时使用(计算加班工资的基础)。
法律依据:《劳动法》第四十八条 国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定,报国务院备案。
用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
