释义	法定假日不算在应出勤内。所谓应出勤天数，是指扣除法定节假日后的天数。如果实际出勤天数与应出勤天数一样就应该拿一个月的工资。法定节假日不能包含在应出勤天数里，如果法定节日出勤，应按3倍工资计算，这3倍的工资计算基数应该是正常月份工资计算的日平均工资。
