释义	法律分析： offer对企业具有法律效力，对个人约束力不大。虽然Offer只是用人单位向劳动者发出的要约，Offer并不是劳动合同，仅仅是用人单位单方向劳动者发出的聘用意向，是一种意思表示。但需要注意的是，尽管OfferLetter并不是正式的合同，公司的Offer同样是有法律效力的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十二条要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件： (一)内容具体确定； (二)表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
