释义	法律分析：独立保函，其实是狭义的独立保证。是指由银行、保险公司或其他组织或个人以书面形式出具的，表示只要凭付款要求声明或符合担保文件规定就可以从他那里获得付款的保证、担保或其他付款承诺。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百八十九条担保物权的担保范围包括主债权及其利息、违约金、损害赔偿金、保管担保财产和实现担保物权的费用。当事人另有约定的，按照其约定。第三百九十一条第三人提供担保，未经其书面同意，债权人允许债务人转移全部或者部分债务的，担保人不再承担相应的担保责任。
