四川农村医疗保险缴费截止时间2022年12月31日。
医疗保险的报销比例如下：
1、城镇非从业居民：社区卫生服务机构：统筹基金支付70%，个人承担30%；
2、少年儿童统筹基金支付比例按城镇非从业居民相应标准提高5%执行。
社区医疗保险的起付标准最低为250元。
社区医疗保险属于城镇居民医保，也就是针对城镇户口中没有办法参加职工医保（普通医保）的人群，交的费用很少，但是报销比例和总报销额度也没有职工医保高，并且就医的时候在医院的选择上必须从社区医院开始，符合转院规定了才可以上大医院，直接上大医院的话，可以不给报销的。
下列两种门诊大病费用可报销：
1、门诊特殊病种（恶性肿瘤门诊放化疗、门诊肾透析、器官移植术后服抗排斥药）和慢性病（高血压、冠心病、糖尿病）。
2、门诊治疗特殊病种：统筹基金支付50%，个人负担50%；门诊治疗慢性病：一个年度内，在定点医疗机构发生的门诊治疗慢性病的医疗费累计超过350元的，超过部分由统筹金按照50%的标准支付，统筹基金最高支付限额为2000元。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国社会保险法》 第二十八条
符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
