释义	法律分析：按实际情况，“气死人”不是杀人，肯定不承担杀人的责任，但并不见得不承担法律责任。“气死人”有两种情况，如果是以侮辱和诽谤的形式来“气死人”，肯定就要承担刑事责任了。另外在精神损害赔偿中，侮辱和诽谤又是侵犯名誉权的侵权责任。如果“气死人”，一旦能证明侮辱、诽谤情节严重，就要承担刑事责任和民事责任了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
