释义	法律分析：草签合同可以退房。但是经过双方签字或者盖章的草签合同具有法律效力，买受人无正当理由退房的，应当承担违约责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十五条当事人约定在将来一定期限内订立合同的认购书、订购书、预订书等，构成预约合同。当事人一方不履行预约合同约定的订立合同义务的，对方可以请求其承担预约合同的违约责任。第五百七十七条当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
