释义	法律分析：本担保是对主债务的担保；反担保是对本担保的担保，即担保人履行担保义务后反担保人向担保人履行反担保义务。从本质上讲，反担保也是担保，故其同样具有促进资金融通和商品流通、保障债权实现、维护交易安全的作用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百八十七条债权人在借贷、买卖等民事活动中，为保障实现其债权，需要担保的，可以依照本法和其他法律的规定设立担保物权。第六百八十九条保证人可以要求债务人提供反担保。
