释义	法律分析：在我国法律规定中，目前我国实行的是劳动者每日工作时间为八小时，每周的工作时间总计为四十小时。但是由于部分公司的生产特质不能按照国家标准工作时间来实行的，也应当保证劳动者每天的工作时间总计不超过八小时，每周不超过四十小时，每周至少应当给予劳动者一天休息时间。例外情况下，可以适当延长每日工作时间，但延长不超过一小时。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十六条国家实行劳动者每日工作时间不超过八小时、平均每周工作时间不超过四十四小时的工时制度。
