释义
法律分析：公司超经营范围，情节严重时将吊销营业执照。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司登记管理条例》 第六十九条 公司登记事项发生变更时，未依照本条例规定办理有关变更登记的，由公司登记机关责令限期登记；逾期不登记的，处以1万元以上10万元以下的罚款。其中，变更经营范围涉及法律、行政法规或者国务院决定规定须经批准的项目而未取得批准，擅自从事相关经营活动，情节严重的，吊销营业执照。
