释义	法律分析：证人在民事诉讼中作伪证，对于当事人来说侵犯的是当事人的诉权。对于侵犯诉权的行为，目前在我国属于不可诉，只能向法院反映，按照扰乱诉讼秩序，依据程序法规定处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百零七条以暴力、威胁、贿买等方法阻止证人作证或者指使他人作伪证的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役;情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。帮助当事人毁灭、伪造证据，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。司法工作人员犯前两款罪的，从重处罚。
