释义	法律分析：单位不可以辞退哺乳期女工。女职工在哺乳期的，用人单位解除劳动合同的，属于违法解除劳动合同的行为。用人单位应支付哺乳期女职工违法解除劳动合同的赔偿金，赔偿金的标准为双倍的经济补偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第六十三条不得安排女职工在哺乳未满一周岁的婴儿期间从事国家规定的第三级体力劳动强度的劳动和哺乳期禁忌从事的其他劳动，不得安排其延长工作时间和夜班劳动。第六十四条不得安排未成年工从事矿山井下、有毒有害、国家规定的第四级体力劳动强度的劳动和其他禁忌从事的劳动。
