释义	法律分析: 所有权的转移是指义务人将标的物的所有权转让于权利人的行为，所有权转移以对外公示为准。通常有两种方法：不动产以不动产登记机关登记为准;动产以财产交付为准。车辆、船舶等虽然属于动产，物权转移以转移交付为准，但是需登记后才可对抗善意第三人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百四十一条当事人可以在买卖合同中约定买受人未履行支付价款或者其他义务的，标的物的所有权属于出卖人。出卖人对标的物保留的所有权，未经登记，不得对抗善意第三人。
