释义	法律分析：赠与他人财产在该财产权利转移给受赠人后原则上不得要回,特别是赠与行为具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益性质或经过公证的情况下更不能要回赠与的财产。但在受赠人没有成就赠与人设定的赠与条件或没有履行赠与人设定的特定义务的情况下则有权要回其赠与的财产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
