释义	劳动者可以因为身体原因需要手术而辞职的。其实劳动者辞职，是不需要经过用人单位的同意和批准的，劳动者辞职，只需要提前一个月以书面的形式，通知用人单位就可以解除劳动关系。如果没有提前30天提出离职，用人单位也不存在劳动合同法的情况，劳动者直接提交辞职信就走人。
