释义	法律分析：应诉：别人（原告）告了，法院传去，作为被告人去了，这就叫应诉。反诉：原告告了，法院传去，在去之前，根据掌握的证据(注意：要有充分的证据)证明原告有违法行为，并写出反诉状，在法庭开庭之时，将反诉状递交法庭。这就叫反诉，也就是说：被告反过来告原告违法，就叫反诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百七十三条自诉案件的被告人在诉讼过程中，可以对自诉人提起反诉。反诉适用自诉的规定。
