释义	破产法第46条理解债权只有在其清偿期限届满时才须予以清偿。但是由于破产程序是一种概括式集体清偿程序，程序终结后有关债务人的债权债务关系全部归于消灭，如果未到期的债权不作为到期债权一并纳入破产程序予以申报和清偿，破产程序终结后，该债权人的债权将完全得不到清偿。
