根据我国民法典规定，offer其实就相当于要约，关于多久必须签这个问题，我国的法律对其没有明确的规定，一般来说，在接受到offer时，上面一般都会注明要求求职者在一定期限内给予答复，则需要在该期限内回复用人单位是否接受offer。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十二条规定：要约是希望与他人订立合同的意思表示，该意思表示应当符合下列条件：
（一）内容具体确定；
（二）表明经受要约人承诺，要约人即受该意思表示约束。
