释义	法律分析：经派出所传唤被转走，是因为公安机关依法变更了强制措施，对被传唤人进行了拘留、或者刑事拘留、逮捕。按公安机关办理刑事案件程序规定，除无法通知或者涉嫌危害国家安全犯罪、恐怖活动犯罪通知可能有碍侦查的情形以外，应当在拘留后二十四小时以内制作拘留通知书，通知被拘留人的家属。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十九条传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时;案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。
