释义	法律分析：专利提交申请后，一个星期左右可以拿到《专利受理通知书》随后即进行初步审查阶段。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第二十七条申请外观设计专利的，应当提交请求书、该外观设计的图片或者照片以及对该外观设计的简要说明等文件。申请人提交的有关图片或者照片应当清楚地显示要求专利保护的产品的外观设计。第二十八条国务院专利行政部门收到专利申请文件之日为申请日。如果申请文件是邮寄的，以寄出的邮戳日为申请日。
