民法典关于探亲假的部分
释义
民法典没有关于探亲假的部分。我国其他相关法律规定，1、职工探望配偶的，每年给予一方探亲假一次，假期为30天。2、未婚职工探望父母，原则上每年给假一次，假期为20天，如果因为工作需要，本单位当年不能给予假期，或者职工自愿两年探亲一次，可以两年给假一次，假期为45天。
