释义	救人救到一半，如果对方的生命法益已经与救人者产生了依附关系，那么这个时候救人者就有了救助的义务，放弃救助犯法。但如果救人者放弃救助是为了保全自己的性命，一般不需要承担法律责任，因为在救助的时候，救人者是有权利优先保全自己生命的。《刑法》第二百三十二条故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。第二百三十三条过失致人死亡的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑；情节较轻的，处三年以下有期徒刑。本法另有规定的，依照规定。
