释义	法律分析：税务滞纳金是按照应收税款的金额来计算，即应缴税款乘滞纳税款之日乘万分之五来进行计算。滞纳天数从应缴税款之日起开始计算。欠缴税款数额较大的纳税人在处分其不动产或者大额资产之前，应当向税务机关报告。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第三十二条纳税人未按照规定期限缴纳税款的，扣缴义务人未按照规定期限解缴税款的，税务机关除责令限期缴纳外，从滞纳税款之日起，按日加收滞纳税款万分之五的滞纳金。
