释义	法律分析：支票背书需要加盖背书人，本单位的财务专用章和法人章/自然人人名章的签章法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第二十四条汇票上可以记载本法规定事项以外的其他出票事项，但是该记载事项不具有汇票上的效力。第九十三条支票的背书、付款行为和追索权的行使，除本章规定外，适用本法第二章有关汇票的规定。支票的出票行为，除本章规定外，适用本法第二十四条、第二十六条关于汇票的规定。
