释义	隔断房出租合法吗承租人在租赁房屋时，须谨慎选择，以免租到不能出租的房屋，得不到法律保护。依据《商品房屋租赁管理办法》规定，有下列情形之一的房屋是不可以出租的： 1.属于违法建筑的； 2.不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制性标准的； 3.违反规定改变房屋使用性质的； 4.法律、法规规定禁止出租的其他情形。该办法还规定，出租住房的，应当以原设计的房间为最小出租单位，人均租住建筑面积不得低于当地人民政府规定的最低标准。厨房、卫生间、阳台和地下储藏室不得出租供人员居住。
