笔录是警察写。警察和被询问人都要签名确认笔录的正确性。根据相关法律规定，法庭审判的全部活动，应当由书记员写成笔录，经审判长审阅后，由审判长和书记员签名。法庭笔录中的证人证言部分，应当当庭宣读或者交给证人阅读。证人在承认没有错误后，应当签名或者盖章。法庭笔录应当交给当事人阅读或者向他宣读。当事人认为记载有遗漏或者差错的，可以请求补充或者改正。当事人承认没有错误后，应当签名或者盖章。
