法律分析:
中国政府部门有中央和地方之分：
1.中央政府部门——国务院共设置29个部、委、行、署，1个办公厅，15个直属机构和6个办事机构。
2.地方政府部门——省、自治区人民政府设有50多个行政机构；除办公机构以外，其他行政机构大体可以归纳以下四类：
①政治与行政综合管理机构。如监查、民政、公安、司法、国家安全、外事、人事、编制、民族事务、宗教事务、侨务、机关事务等厅、局、委员会或办公室。
②财政经济综合管理机构。如计划、经济、外贸等委员会，审计、财政、劳动、税务、统计、物质、城乡建设环境保护等厅、局。
③财政经济专业管理机构。如冶金、化工、机械工业、机电工业、纺织工业、物资、农业、林业、水利、粮食、商业、工商行政等厅、局、委员会。
④科学、教育、文化、卫生管理机构。如科学技术、体育运动、计划生育委员会、教育（高等教育）、卫生、文化、广播电视、电影、新闻出版等厅、局、委员会。
