员工不辞而别违法吗

法律分析:
劳动者只有在行使无须告知的单方即时解除权时的不辞而别才是合法的,换言之,劳动者行使其他种类的解除权的不辞而别都是违法的。
法律依据:
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十八条 第一款 6种情形产生的解除权,实践中劳动者可采取书面或者口头告知方式。
