释义	法律分析：如果合同条款并非双方的合意，可以协商要求变更;一方也可以重大误解为由，要求撤销合同。合同是双方当事人合意的意思表述，如果在合同内容中出现错误，应该积极跟合同另一方沟通协调，重新达成合意内容，对错误的地方进行补正，签字盖章确认。如果不能协商处理，建议尽快诉讼解决，这样可以规避将来给自己一方带来不可挽回的损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。第五百四十四条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
