释义	儿媳不属于法定继承人，无权继承公婆遗产，但丧偶儿媳对公婆尽了主要赡养义务的，可以作为第一顺序继承人继承遗产。一般而言，如果丧偶儿媳向被继承人提供了主要的经济支持，或者在劳务等方面给予了主要扶助的，就应当认定其尽了主要赡养义务。如果公婆留有遗嘱指定儿媳继承遗产的，那么儿媳有权按照遗嘱继承遗产。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千一百二十九条，丧偶儿媳对公婆，丧偶女婿对岳父母，尽了主要赡养义务的，作为第一顺序继承人。
