宜信贷款有立案的吗 |

法律分析：
欠宜信的钱属于贷款，属于民事法律关系。暂时还涉及不到坐牢的事。 如果你到期未还欠款，宜信可能到法院起诉你让你还钱。 法院根据事实和证据做出让你还钱的判决，要求你在中国时间，一般是判决生效7日内还钱。当然你也可以提出反驳，说明你不还钱的理由。不服一审判决还可以上诉。二审判决就成了终审判决，判决下来就生效了。 如果你没有按判决规定的时间还款，就会产生罚息。宜信可以向法院申请强制执行。法院就有可能查封你的房屋、车辆等财产，或从你的账户中直接扣款。如果你没有财产可供执行，那么什么时候有财产，什么时候就可以恢复执行。 如果有能力支付，但你拒不执行已生效的判决，这时候就有可能构成犯罪，需要承担刑事责任了，就有可能坐牢了。

第一百零九条 公安机关或者人民检察院发现犯罪事实或者犯罪嫌疑人，应当按照管辖范围，立案侦查。
第一百一十二条 人民法院、人民检察院或者公安机关对于报案、控告、举报和自首的材料，应当按照管辖范围，迅速进行审查，认为有犯罪事实需要追究刑事责任的时候，应当立案；认为没有犯罪事实，或者犯罪事实显著轻微，不需要追究刑事责任的时候，不予立案，并且将不立案的原因通知控告人。控告人如果不服，可以申请复议。
