二手房东签合同有效吗

法律分析:
二手房东如果获得房屋所有人的同意，并且合同符合生效要件的，签的合同是有效的。或者二手房东转租房屋，房屋的所有人知道或者应当知道承租人转租，但是在六个月内未提出异议的，合同也有效。
法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第七百一十八条
【推定出租人同意转租】出租人知道或者应当知道承租人转租，但是在六个月内未提出异议的，视为出租人同意转租。
