释义	法律分析: 上发薪就是上月的月底或当月的月初发当月工资,如果干满整月后才发薪,就是下发薪中国一般都是月薪,一般来说,15日(含)之前的为上发薪制度,15日以后的为下发薪制度。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
